Badih "Buddy" Bitar

Badih "Buddy" Bitar, 38, of Whitehall, died Jan. 29 at Sacred Heart Hospital.  He was the husband of Abeer Bitar.  They were married 9 years last August.  Born in Syria, he was a son of Michael and Mona (Moussa) Bitar.  Buddy was a sales manager at Zales Jewelers at the Lehigh Valley Mall for over 15 years.  He was a member of St. George Orthodox Church, Allentown. 


Survivors:  Buddy leaves behind his wife and two young daughters, Elyssa and Eyanna at home; parents; brothers Willy and his wife Heather of Pittsburgh and Albert Joseph and his wife Shadia of Whitehall; also his grandmother, 8 uncles, 6 aunts, 2 nephews, a niece and many cousins. 

Services:  Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, St. George Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown.  Viewing from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday (Today) in the church and 9-11 Thursday morning.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown. www.eliasfuneralhome.com
