Badih Nakhlah

Badih Nakhlah died Monday, March 27th 2017 surrounded by his family at their home, he was 86 years old. Badih was born in Homs, Syria to the late Ibraham Nakhlah and Mariam Khazna. He is the last of his siblings who have departed before him; Ellian, Father Afram, George and Nidi. He was married to the late Helena (Nehme) Nakhlah for 56 years.

He worked for the Syrian government for 37 years as well as the Roman Catholic Club and the Syriac Orthodox church for many years. In the U.S. he worked for DHL Machine Company.

He leaves behind three sons, Afram and wife Jeannette Nakhlah, Riad and wife Johaina Sayegh Nakhlah and Joseph & wife Karla Nakhlah; two daughters, Ilham and husband Nezar Asad & Hiyam & husband Eyad Salloum and 13 grandchildren. He was predeceaed by the late Steven Badih Nakhlah.

Services: Viewing 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church, 501 Ridge Ave., Allentown with Mass at 11:00. Interment following at Laurel Cemetery, Whitehall.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
