Charles Bolen, 55, of Lock Haven Pa. died May 4 at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Maryland, he was the son of the late Claudus Joy Bolen and Tessie B. Koutsos.
He is survived by his sister, Tracy Bolen Giordano of Florida; and cousin Helen G. Skaltsounis of Virginia Beach.
