Kathryn E. Cook

Kathryn (Kathie) E. Cook, 59, of Northampton, PA formerly of Fort Pierce Shores, FL, passed away on October 10th at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. Born in Newark, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Michael Thomas and Dolores (Frechette) Thomas. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for Liberator Medical. She was a lover of all animals, especially her rescue dog Annie. 
She is survived by her brothers Peter H. Thomas, Michael J. Thomas and wife Lily, sister Kimberly A. Guida and husband Frank, and brother William Mallack Jr. and wife Samantha.  She also leaves her nieces and nephews: Michael Thomas Jr., Michael Thomas, Angela Johnson, husband Seth, Nick Guida and fiancé Melat Tiruneh, Anastasia Spring Thomas, Frankie Guida Jr. and Joey Guida, and Tyler, Rylie, and Kyle Mallack.  Kathie was widowed by her former husband John Cook, her parents, and stepfather, William D. Mallack Sr.
Services: Friday, Oct. 18th with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m and a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Following memorial service, there will be a  committal ceremony at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield, New Jersey beginning at 2:00 p.m. 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help cover expenses.
