George A. Dergham

George A. Dergham, 71, of Allentown passed away February 15th at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg. He was the husband of Angele Dergham for 48 years. Born in Lebanon, he was a son of the late Atiyeh and Angelina (Makhoul) Dergham. George was an accountant, known as “the tax man” who ran George A. Dergham and Associates since 1972. He loved to help people including his clients and less fortunate in any way he could. He enjoyed reading, walking and time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
 He is survived by his wife Angele; three sons Jack and wife Sandy Belle, Georges and wife Yolla and Danny and wife Racha; his youngest brother John and wife Manwella; and grandchildren: Jackson, Justin, Daniella, Adrianna, Andrew and Annabella. He was predeceased by his brothers Eli and Naim.
 Services: viewing Thursday, February 20th starting at 9:00 a.m. at St. George Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown. Funeral service begins at 11:00 in the church with interment following at Laurel Cemetery, Whitehall. The family will receive condolences at the church Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
