11/17/2025
July 4, 1949 to November 17, 2025
Peter Issa Zoudeh, 76, passed away on November 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Marmarita, Syria, he was the devoted husband of Suzanne (Wehbe) Zoudeh, with whom he shared 44 wonderful years of marriage.
Peter began his career as an English teacher at Marmarita High School, where he taught for six years before marrying Suzanne in June of 1981. Shortly thereafter, the couple moved to the United States to begin a new chapter together. They welcomed three beautiful children - Omar, Christine, and the late Laura - who were his greatest pride and joy.
A hardworking and dedicated provider, Peter was especially proud of establishing and operating his own business, Peter’s Pest Control, through which he served his community for many years. Each summer he returned to Syria, where he cherished reconnecting with his homeland, relatives, and childhood friends who shaped his earliest years. These summers brought him deep joy and kept his roots close to his heart.
A faithful and active member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Allentown, Peter lived his life with humility, grace, and unwavering kindness. He touched countless lives with his gentle spirit, and his warm, welcoming smile will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
