John “Jack” Werner, 77, of Allentown passed away February 18th at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Eileen (Rogan) Werner. Born in Mineola, NY, he was a son of the late Albert and Ann Dillard Werner. He worked as a corrections officer for the state of New York for many years. Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife Eileen; son Christopher Werner and wife Tiffany of Allentown; brother Robert Douglas Werner; sisters Elizabeth Ann D’Antonio and Wendy Jane Crown; grandchildren Arianna, Bryce and Cameron along with extended family.
Services: viewing Wednesday, February 25th starting at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown. Funeral mass begins at 11:00 a.m. with burial following at Greenwood Cemetery, Allentown. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
