Houshang G. Hamadani, M.D., 75, died Saturday, Oct. 6 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Imelda (Rodriguez) Hamadani. He was born in Iran on Oct. 14, 1936. A son of the late Ali and Malak Hamadani, he came to the United States in 1960 for his residency in Psychiatry and was in practice in Allentown since 1979. Dr. Hamadani was an officer in many professional and civic organizations.
Survivors: Imelda, his wife of 45 years; daughters Jasmine Lipman and her husband Roger, and Roya Hyduk and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Amelia, Frankie and Maxx Lipman; a sister Pari, and a twin brother Parviz.
Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Calling hour starting at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment following at Western Salisbury Church Cemetery.
