Angela Yowakim, 25, of Allentown passed away September 6th at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Nassim and Mounira (Othman) Yowakim. Angela was a Paraprofessional Special Needs educator at Dieruff High School, Allentown for the past three years. She was a member of St. George Orthohdox Church and was a truly kind and compassionate person with a positive outlook on life. She was very passionate about her work, her faith and community and ultimately, she was a true angel.
Angela is survived by her parents, brother Mark Yowakim and her extended family.
Services: Family will be receiving condolences in St. George Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown on Thursday evening Sep. 8th from 6-9 p.m.
Calling hours starting at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, Sep. 10th at St. George Orthodox Church with funeral service at 11:00. Interment following at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
