Mary Mamary Nehme, 76 years old, passed Saturday April 1st 2023. She was the wife of John Nehme for the past 51 years. Born on March 1st 1947 in Mishtayeh, Syria, she was the daughter of the belated Issa Mamary and Sofia Nehme. She was employed with Sears in Whitehall PA for 10 years. She is also a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Allentown PA.
Survivors: Husband John Nehme of Whitehall PA; Sons Danny Nehme his wife Claudia and their two sons John and Mario of Whitehall PA; Ayman Nehme of Whitehall PA and Daughter Deema Nehme and her husband Scott of Bethlehem PA. Sisters Daad Mamary of Allentown PA; Fayza Mamary and her husband in Syria. Brothers: Yousef Mamary and his wife in Syria; Andrawos Mamary and his wife of Macungie PA; Aboud Mamary and his wife of Loma Linda CA; Amer Mamary and his wife of Allentown PA. Also loved by many nieces and nephews.
Services: viewing on Wednesday, April 5th starting at 9:00 a.m. in St. George Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown. Funeral service at 11:00 with burial following at Laurel Cemetery, Fullerton. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
