Carole Elisabeth Larson (McKiel) (Clarke), residing in Macungie, PA was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend who left us suddenly on April 5th, 2023, at the age of 85. She was born to Charles E. Clarke and Lillian Ann Clarke (Borrelli) July 16th 1937 in New York City.

Carole was a long-time member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (BVM) Church, Bethlehem, PA. Carole was an avid cook and loved to host family gatherings. Her greatest passion was her yard - the wonderful flowers and greenery she had surrounding her home. She was passionate in her care of the birds.

Carole was preceded in death by her Husband Peter, brother Kenneth; two of her sons, Mark and Bruce as well as her granddaughter Whitney.

She is survived by her son Colin McKiel and her step sons Jess (Sandi) and Jon Larson; her step sister Elise Finn (Clyde); her sister-in-law Kimberly Clarke and niece Ekaterina Clarke; her grandson Adam McKiel and two Great-Grandchildren, Taylor and Caden Wagner, also her nephews Charles Clarke and Kenneth Clarke, Jr. (Peggy), and great nephews & nieces James, Samantha, Charles Enrique, and Mackenzie Clarke.

Services: memorial service on Friday, April 14th at 7:00 p.m. at the Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown with a calling hour from 6-7 p.m. Private interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
