Bert A. Hixson
09/30/2023

Bert A. Hixson, (a fabulous and handsome) 58, passed away on September 30 in his home in Northampton with his wife by his side. To honor his life, his wife Chrissy, of 27 memory filled years, will live for both of them, celebrating every day as a gift and taking nothing for granted. She will always love him with her whole heart and he always told her “I love you more than Brussels sprouts and more than you’ll ever know”.

To carry on his legacy, the most amazing son he could have ever hoped for, Zachary, will share everything his dad taught him about cooking, sports and bikes. Bert lived his life with no regrets and the way he wanted. He loved all kinds of music and could name that tune in 2 notes! He had mad Chef skills and loved to cook for his friends. He always had a smile to share, silly jokes and stories and was a happy, kind, person. If he teased you that meant he loved you.

He was a plumber by trade, a project manager and most recently the office manager at Hope Mechanical, where he worked with the best people ever!  His memory will live on in his wife and soul mate Chrissy, his son Zack, their cats Louie & Munch and the many friends he considered family. A private Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.

Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
