Judith Elita Urquizo, 61, of Kutztown passed away November 23rd at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, surrounded by her closest family. Born in Trujillo, Peru, she was the daughter of Carlos Urquizo and the late Adriana Alvarado. She is survived by her daughters Silvana and son-in-law Scott Clark of Kutztown and Paola De La Cruz and fiancé Gabriel Diaz of Macungie; her sister Myriam; brothers Jose Luis and Cesar; and her beloved grandchildren Erick, Gabriela, Anthuanet, Alexzander, and Sarah Reign. She was the best mother and most loving grandmother. Her family meant the world to her. She will be missed tremendously.

Services: viewing Monday evening Nov. 27th from 5-7 p.m. at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. A memorial mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29th at Sacred Heart Church, 336 N. 4th Street, Allentown with interment following at Grandview Cemetery.
