Joseph Awad, 71, of Bethlehem passed away June 4th at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Jeannedarc (Khattar) Awad. Born in Lebanon, he was a son of the late Isaiah and Nadia Awad. He worked as a radiologist in Lebanon.
Joseph is survived by his wife; son Georges Awad; daughters Rita, Celeste, Cynthia, Michelle and Celine; seven grandchildren and extended family.
Services: viewing Tuesday, June 9th from 6-8 p.m. at Sts. Joachim and Anne Catholic Church, 1065 Fullerton Ave., Allentown. Funeral mass Wednesday June 10th starting at 11:00, with a viewing one hour before in the church. Burial following at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Fullerton.
