Kathleen Geere Teti
April 24, 1948 – August 5, 2026

Kathleen Geere Teti, lovingly known as Kathy, passed away on August 5, 2026.

Born on April 24, 1948, Kathy grew up in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, graduated from Wissahickon High School in 1966 and later met the love of her life, Anthony, in Ardmore. The two shared 52 years of marriage, building a life centered on family, hard work and adventure. 

Always a team, Kathy and Anthony built Tribank Mortgages together, forming lasting friendships with many of their clients along the way. Expanding from the mortgage business, they also shared a love of real estate, renovating and flipping houses together over the years.

Kathy loved to entertain, whether playing second mom to her sons’ friends or welcoming family and friends to their shore house in Sea Isle City. Their home was never complete without the unconditional love of a dog, five total including Muffie, who held an especially precious place in Kathy’s heart.

Kathy was always the first to lend a helping hand, whether volunteering at the Jaycees haunted house, thrifting for jackets with Anthony for local schoolchildren, or standing up for someone who needed a voice. A lifelong advocate for the underdog, she helped found the Women’s Network of Pennsylvania to support women and children navigating family court. 

Creativity was another constant throughout Kathy’s life. For years, she hosted ceramic classes in the basement of her home, bringing people together to create, talk, and laugh. She continued her love of ceramics later in life, making personalized holiday pieces and gifts for her children and grandchildren at Decker’s Korner —treasures that will now carry an even deeper meaning for her family.

Most recently, Kathy found a wonderful community of friends at Sterling Heights. She loved bingo, card games, crafts, and, most of all, the friendships she made there. She could often be spotted zipping through the halls on her scooter, on her way to the puzzle table, to a game or meal with friends.

Kathy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony, and looked forward to the day they would be reunited. She was also predeceased by her parents, George and Nellie Geere and her sisters, Marilyn and Virginia. She is survived by her children, Diane and her husband, Rich; Tony and his wife, Dana; and Doug and his fiancée, Christine Dennis; as well as her six grandchildren, of whom she was very proud. She is also survived by two brothers George and Richard, and extended family, all who will miss her feistiness immensely.

Kathy will be remembered for her independent spirit, her creativity, her determination, and her willingness to show up for the people who needed her. Most of all, she will be remembered for the life she built with Anthony and the family she loved so deeply.
