Glenn Terefinko, 63, of New Ringgold passed away September 2nd at his home after fighting a courageous battle against lung cancer. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late William and Helen Ann (Lupcha) Terefinko. He was a graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School. He was an US Army veteran and was a member of the first team trained on the Army’s M-1 Abrams tank. After leaving the service he was a tractor trailer driver, criss-crossing the US with his beloved dog and wife. Most recently he worked with a subcontractor hauling water for Nestle. Glenn was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved being outdoors.
He is survived by his three sisters, Joanne Terefinko of Sarasota, Diane Terefinko of Altamonte Springs, and Elizabeth Ledford of Lakeland, all in Florida and his niece Ashley Terefinko of Kutztown, PA.
Services are private, arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
