Donald Duane Gerhart

Donald Duane Gerhart, 52, died Monday Sep. 9 at his home in Topton.  Born in Allentown, he was a son of Marlene Hacker of Topton and the late Donald Gerhart.  He was a self employed contractor, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.  He was a 1978 graduate of Parkland High School.

Survivors:  Mother Marlene; twin brother Darrell (both of Topton), brother David of Bangor; sister Debbie of Topton and a beloved dog Maya.  He was predeceased by a brother Dennis.

Services will be private at the family's convenience.  They are being assisted by the Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home of Allentown.
